Basically you don't have to apply, they will contact you (probably based on a FEMA application, I don't know exactly). They will call, text, or email you a few times.
Updated information indicates applications are now due by February 14. 2025.
They called me today (January 23). I have until January 31, 2025 to respond.
They are offering $250 SAVE cards for residents who have lost their primary residence. One per household.
